John R. Wilson

John is a 1976 graduate of Lincoln Academy in Newcastle, Maine. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maine at Orono and his Juris Doctor from the Maine School of Law. He is a member of the Maine State Bar and has practiced since 1986, exclusively in the area of real estate law since 1989. As the owner/manager of Consumer Title, John is committed to providing personal service with professionalism, efficiency and the experience of 20 plus years.

John lives in Hampden, Maine with his wife and two children. When not "chasing titles" you will usually find him chasing the wind on his bicycle.

Mark Perry

Mark joined our staff in the spring of 2008, although his experience in title work in our area began in 1981. Mark holds degrees from the Universities of Maine and Wyoming and is admitted to the State, Federal and US Supreme Court Bars. Although he certainly prefers a clean title that can be turned around quickly, he definitely has a talent for figuring out what went wrong with a title and how to fix it.

Mark has 4 boys and has lived in Eddington since 1982, serving on the school board there, the planning board and with the Boy Scouts.

Susan I. Estes

Sue's is one of the friendly faces you might see at your closing. She was born in central Maine, grew up in Guilford, and now lives in Kenduskeag. She believes herself to be a true "Maineaa" if you do not listen to Tim Sample. The Maine humorist says "If your cat has kittens in the oven, you don't call 'em biscuits!” With a love of Maine, Sue enjoys kayaking the lakes, hiking the trails and photographing this beautiful state. She has 2 wonderful children and 3 precious grandchildren.

Sue has experience in the real estate industry since 1987 as a broker, in the marketing field since 1994, and in the processing and closing field since 2003. She has been with Consumer Title since March of 2008. She is ready and willing to put all your closing questions to rest in accurate friendly closings. With hundreds of local closings performed over more than 8 years, Sue’s personal goal is to be sure everyone is comfortable, informed and happy when closings are done.

Julie Moore

Julie is from the quaint town of Dover-Foxcroft, where she was born and raised and once again resides after living in Texas for 17 years. She has been with Consumer Title since March of 2009 and in the real estate/title business since 1994. Her many interests include camping, snowmobiling, dancing and spending time entertaining her family and friends. With her years of experience and professional attitude Julie is always helpful and ready to serve your real estate needs.

Kristi Hall

Kristi came to us with many years of experience in processing real estate closings. She worked in the legal field for more than 6 years before joining Consumer Title in 2011.

Kristi is a Maine native, "born and raised" in Bangor and graduated from Bangor High School. She studied Medical Billing and Coding at Beal College and Health Care Administration at the University of Phoenix. Kristi enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, baking, scrapbooking, fishing at camp and visiting the ocean with her family.

Dawn Eaton

Dawn was born & raised a Navy Brat moving throughout the East Coast. She served 4 years in the Air National Guard with the 101st SP Division & 1 year in the Army National Guard with the 286th. Dawn enjoys spending her time off with her Mom & Dad and her loving cat, Kobe. She also enjoys golf, mountain biking, black & white photography, fishing, washing/waxing her car & the Yankees. Dawn has been with Consumer Title since March 2003.

Donna Rogers

Donna hails originally from Canada and grew up in the very picturesque town of Jackman. She studied at Husson College, and after having lived in Spain, Arizona and Georgia moved back to Maine and Bangor.

Her interests include the outdoors, hiking, cross country skiing, walks in the woods, swimming, bowling, needlework, reading and most of all good times with family, both here and in Canada. Donna has three beautiful daughters and 3 wonderful son-in-laws, 5 grandchildren and 3 step-grandchildren.

Donna has been with Consumer Title since 2002.

Tom Dentremont

Originally from Millinocket, Maine, Tom pursued higher education in Massachusetts before beginning his abstracting career there in 1985. Tom returned to Maine in 1993 and worked for Northeast Land Title (later Stewart Title of Northern New England) until joining Consumer Title in 2003. As our full time on staff abstractor, he ensures titles are processed quickly and with 20+ years of through experience.
